As a fitness coach I worked for a gym and I started to grapple with nourishment. Later I earnt my money as a part-time personal trainer. In this case I had to collocate nutrition schedule for my customers and I also used them myself. My health is very important to me this is why my nutrition was and still is essential for my well-being.
My commitment to this project is based on motivating and inspiring people to use insects. My focus on this important topic is not in vain. The food gives us the fuel and the energy to move, to act and to think.
I love trying new things and create a variety of taste experiences. No limits are placed on my creativity when it comes to cooking.
